Shrimp Linquine
1 lb. cleaned and deveined shrimp
1 TBLSPN olive oil
1 squash (cut into pieces)
1 zuchinni (cut into pieces)
1 onion (cut into chunks)
1 clove garlic (chopped)
red pepper flakes
Parmasean cheese
1 lb. Linquini (cooked)

Clean and devein shrimp. In a large skillet, combine shrimp,
onion and garlic; stir fry in olive oil for 5 minutes. Remove
from skillet and keep warm. In same skillet, stir fry zuchinni
and squash for 5 to 7 minutes. Meanwhile, cook linguine
according to package directions. Toss together with shrimp and
veggies, season with red pepper flakes to taste. Serve with
generous amounts of Parmesean cheese.
